I downloaded the 3ds cia, installed it with FBI, and started to play it. Can I speedrun this game on 3DS?

AFAIK this would be a Lays Stax% run unless 3DS is able to emulate the game to a T, which means lag frames and such. If you can post a run we'll most likely be able to figure out where it belongs.
