Change Jumpless to require 0 jumps
Since talking to an NPC in first person mode doesn't count as a jump, there's no reason not to require showing 0 jumps on the jump counter.

That part is after the timer finishes, so there isn't any reason to enforce it to be 0 because if it is 1 then we know that it had to be jumpless for the rest of it
