Does anyone know a method on how to get a speedrun timer on console (while live streaming) without a pc?

You should of said your console lol But at least on my PS4, there isn't. You could use a video editor, on your phone, to add a time

you cant. you need a pc and a capture card.

Or use your console's built-in recorder to record, but you can't have a timer
