As far as the leaderboards go the streaming guidelines can't really be incorporated into the rules in any way, shape, or form due to them making runs that are missing said content ultimately be unverifiable. Also, similarly to previous ATLUS games that have had streaming guidelines they have not actually been enforced for this game either. Most videos that have been taken down in the past have been videos/streams that broke street date (i.e. uploaded content of the game prior to its release date). Otherwise all of the runs on this board would have been taken down by ATLUS already. If you're still concerned about it, you could always have an unlisted video of a run instead of a public one on youtube for example.

I have one more question. Do you think it is necessary to separate rules that incorporate this technique from rules that do not? Story skipping with the home button, a technique that can be used in Shinagawa and Taito. If so, I'd like to run with a chart that doesn't use it, but if not, I'd like to run with it.

For now the two types of runs aren't being differentiated. However it is a current topic that's being discussed so it could change at some point in the near future.
