Fairly self-explanatory. As of right now, for single-platform games (i.e. PC-exclusive games or games with no region differences), having a "Platform" column is just a waste of space. It would be nice to have an option to remove that column to make more space for the other columns and to simply not have something there that's unnecessary.

Maybe for now if the number of platforms is exactly one that column shouldn't display. I'm guessing that's not too difficult, but there could be some integration issues.

This should also remove the emulator option entirely (not show emulators as banned) - especially for PC games there isn't really emulation for, so it's not specifically banned, but it's not possible so it's useless to even have the emulator option.

The column can only be assumed to be okay to hide automatically if there is only one platform AND emulators are banned AND there are no regions. That's an awfully specific situation, but I get why you don't need it shown obviously.

An option to hide it requires a bit more effort to implement and I don't think it makes sense to implement until the underlying system has had its update.
