Why is it, that as a supermod (but not the head supermod, if you know what I mean), I can make regular moderators super, but I can't change them back? why am I able to make them super at all?

Also, why am I able to demote myself?

There's no "head supermod".

you elevated them to be on the same level as you, and you can't take away rights from someone on the same level as you - simple logic. I can't even begin to explain how it'd be a bad idea if supers could demote/demod other supers.

if you want to quit, you can quit - easy as that.
