also xorevre it's because when it was added, it was neaio and not nead, and in tnp neaio was changed to nead but the speedrun page was never updated

Rule Changes
Short little announcement that doesn't apply to most people, but from now on, any horrific or above NEAT completions on PC must use Nohboard to be verified. This is due to the difficulty of the NEAT and it generally being easier to verify if it's a legit completion or not. This won't apply to people
