SOMETHINGS NOT RIGHT (HACKING)

I watched some of the videos on there, as well as i even submitted one. But i realized that one of your verifiers (MikeThePenguin) might have been 1 abusing there power, and Verifying their own videos, and 2 hacking in them. Seeing as how the videos arent screen captures im just worried. especially because times like those are completely impossible. Especially on maps like Asylum, Prison, Highschool, and the other ones that are such low numbers. It really doesnt make sense that they got such hgih minute coutns on two small maps but then 4 minutes on the biggest maps? me and my girl here have been trying to beat these times, but its literally impossible. and after watching the videos carefully it really seems like they were hacking to get low times, on top of which the possible abuse of power and verifying their own videos.

please get back to me when you can,

First of all: Verifiers aren't able to self verify. All of Mike's current 0.26+ runs were all verified by myself.

Secondly: I do not believe they were hacked runs. I also do not believe they are impossible to beat, considering the times submitted for 0.2 are significantly lower. If you think those runs are cheated then get ready to see some of the crazy times submitted in the other category. If you want to know why it took them longer on smaller maps than it did on larger maps, it is because they are two very skilled runners who wanted to put runs up on the board. I don't think they would have even made too many attempts before getting those times. It took them longer on bleasdale, for instance, than it did on Asylum because of luck. They got lucky on Asylum by finding the room relatively quickly (and I would bet they reset over and over until they did to save time). On Bleasdale you don't need to do this as there aren't 80+ rooms like there are on Asylum. You can just walk through and eventually find the room. it's not surprising to me they got a low time on Asylum, because if you don't find the room in the first 5 mins, it is going to take a while to find it, so they reset until they did.

If you want to talk about this more, you can DM me on discord (Lemon#9851) and I'll be happy to discuss it with you.

even if he verified his run ( wich is allowed (maybe not on here but most game allow it ) ) i don't see how it would be incriminating. They were added because they are trusted runners who's been active in the community for a while.

On top of everything that have already been said, you must know that Asylum is theoritically one of the shortest runs you could get (shorter than tanglewood) because of the van proximity, if you get the correct room, you can get very low time. For instance I already got 1:00 in any% Solo and multiple sub 2 minutes in multi in 100%. You just need to get lucky. Hacked run are usually very obvious because of multiple things happening at once, or similar things that could never happen in a real run.

The leaderboard was reset recently, so you'll get very good records, close to "hacking", in a few weeks, but not 1 week after the reset.

Yeah, as what's been said above. I have a 3:50 time on Any% Asylum in VR which can be improved greatly (this was on 0.2 version). You just need to get lucky and put the time and effort into it.
