Recording with phone
It depends what the mods say. You should be able to flip it in an editing software or there might be an option in the recording software to make it inverted if you're recording it on a phone

I'd say it'd be much better if you flipped it first, you've got free tools to do it online on google. Phone recording is already so-so in terms of quality, so it's worth doing a little extra effort.
Depends on the mods and length. The more relaxed the mods are and the shorter the run, the more likely they are to say yes. But always try to properly record it, one of the major aspects of running games is that people LOVE watching them!!
