This probably wont happen for 1 reason, its an unnecessary challenge. It seems like most categories added are not full game challenges (with the exceptions of Itemless, but that is a large community in 3DW) challenges like this don't make it just slower, but more tedious, causing it to eventually be an obsolete, but unoptimized category.

  1. Its easy
  2. It can get optimized, people just need to find new strats

I never said it was hard. And this could just be changed to the Any% route, but slower as you can't dive with Plessie. Again, it's just a full game challenge.

You can dive with plessie, wdym? This just proves that you didnt watch me use plessie in the run. And also, there can be 4h runs but no 1h runs? srsly?

Wait, if you can dive with plessie, then it really isn't different than Optimal Any%...

You can Dive with plessie due to tediousness. touching water at unavoidable spots is allowed.

I like it as a challenge run, but I think the kind of ruleset you follow in your video isn't that much of a pure "waterless" challenge. A category extension similar to waterless has been suggested (called "Dry%") and it potentially could work as a category extension, but nobody has shown any initiative for running it using a ruleset that's strict enough that it would be interesting as a category extension.
