I would like to make a speedrunning page for "Splitting Apples". Much like the "Pencil Sharpening" page that SmallAnt did runs off of, this isn't really a game. But it would be an interesting category nonetheless. I know many others who would also be interested. Basically the concept is splitting apples in half with your bare hands. The basic category would be '10 apples' or '5 apples'. How can I make this dream a reality?

You'll have to do it elsewhere; those types of runs are only on the site because they are meme categories of actual games. Without a "splitting apples" videogame, you can't get a leaderboard here.
