I have no video software. Does that mean i wouldn't be able to submit any runs?

Dylan, unfortunately :( . We require video proof for runs, otherwise anyone can fake a WR. If you do happen to have the game on the PS4 or Xbox One, you could use the in-built streaming functionality to Twitch and then highlight after :D
