Hello, my name is Michel Pereira, i am from France , Paris! I am 29 years old and i love to speed run games, wich are the rules around here? Do we have to request someone to do a speed run? Are there any specific rules that we have to follow for this? Thank you for the help

Rule number 1 is : Don't cheat Kappa

First, you have to record your speedrun of a game. Then, two possibilities :

• The game is already on speedrun.com database : search it on the searchbar and click "Submit a run" then fill out the form.
• The game isn't on speedrun.com database : submit it through the game request form.

"Are there any specific rules that we have to follow for this?" Each speedrunning community has its own rules. It's better to ask everytime.

Supported video hosts are YouTube and Twitch (maybe Niconico video, not sure). "do i need to request someone if i can submit" I don't understand your question. To submit a run, you have to search it on the searchbar, then click on it, and on the top right corner "Submit a run". For some games, you have to wait for a moderator to verify your run.

You don't need any external help to submit a run.
