the fight is dependent on frame rate on PC anyway. Getting a one shot is very inconsistent across the board. The best strategy I use for 60FPS is to hold back for half a second then shoot the floor. Will be different for console though, but i really doubt there is any difference between versions since this game was made in 2009.

frames is better if i am honest. it is RTA but more accurate
GCN Emu is GCN Emu. So Dolphin and Bootloader are the same category.
120FPS runs the game faster. Strats are specific to FPS as well.

Yeah i don't see why this would be a problem. Door abuse makes the times bad so it would also encourage people to route the game better. I'd agree with this as a rule.

One of CAPCOM's better RE games. Features a lot of difficult dodges and a glitch that swaps memory values. I have beaten this particular run by a few minutes but the recording messed up several times. I also hold the WR for this game.

Full game would be a great idea. Most of the other games have migrated into a Full Game table.
