What is the best performance OS to play BIO3 without lag or something like that?

i've played on 7 and 10 and both are fine.

maybe my pc is not qualified to do so. When I burn the lag is much higher ...

specs: Intel Celeron Dual Core 2:40 1.5 gb Ram 512mb gpu windows 10 pro

i'm a PC runner. i'll do something to play and record my bio2/bio3 without lag. hahah. maybe i'll my mother's notebook hahahha

I've been using Windows 10 since its release and RE3 Mediakite worked fine. It depends more on hardware than OS tbh.

Guys i need help with getting Resident evil 3 i wanna speedrun it, i looked at ebay, and amazon they sell it overprized and im too afraid to download it from random sites can u direct me to the right site ? i need RE 3 Mediakite version for Speedrunning. Thanks guys
