Again, it's not hard to apply. There are literally only two categories of glitches: skips through out of bounds or some other mechanic that allows you to skip portions of the game - which is an obvious thing to be removed - and maneuvering glitches.

Lastly, please indicate another category of glitches.
In Ocarina of Time, a bomb blast knocks you slightly vertical and gives you horizontal momentum. This is a maneuvering glitch according your definition of those types of "glitches" being developer intended mechanics. However, through clever use of that mechanic to gain horizontal momentum to travel farther horizontally than normal, you can hit normally untouchable load zones allowing you to skip the entirety of the Trials in Ganon's Tower.
By your definition of glitches, this is a maneuvering glitch because it's a movement mechanic and should be allowed. However, it skips portions of the game which you said should be banned. Therefore, this technique violates your allegedly rock solid classification of a "glitch" as it can technically apply to both of your categories. This is your third type of "glitch" - an abuse of an intended mechanic that achieves a result that is completely unintended and skips portions of the game. This is why OOT bans the result of a technique rather than the technique itself, because of this weird definition of what a glitch actually is.
Finally, all of this is covered in that EZEscape video posted in the second post of this thread that you've clearly still not watched.
These two methods assume you have an HDMI capture card as converting VGA down into anything else would be a bit more challenging.
The cheapest way would probably be any dime a dozen VGA to HDMI converter you can find online (like $20-$40 maybe). My preferred way would probably be to use something like an OSSC with its VGA input to convert it to HDMI without inducing lag or degrading the quality (an OSSC is like $120).
Generally speaking, unless explicitly a two player category, all runs are expected to be performed by one person. Usually, co-op runs are defined by cases when you can have multiple players in the game at once (like local split screen); you don’t usually see categories were people trade a controller back and forth during the run. If you’d still like to try to get the category added, do a run and then bring it to the attention of the mods/community for the game and see if they’ll be open to adding a category for it.
A time and a stream are not related. You can stream without a timer. All that matters is that you have an accurate time at the end of the run. A stream timer is not an accurate timer and shouldn’t be used. Feel free to use any of the regular timers on your computer (LiveSplit, WSplit, etc) or even an app on your phone, whatever works best for you.
RTA = Real Time Attack. It is a timing method that means a run is timed with “real time” starting with the first input (as defined by the game’s community/LBs/rules) and ends at the final input/loss of character control. Real time means that once you start the timer, you can’t stop it until the run finishes or you are forfeiting it and quitting/resetting. The timer will continue even if you’re not playing because you need say stop and eat.
This is in contrast to a game that is timed using In Game Time (IGT) where the game itself times the run and reports it at the completion of the game. In this case, actions like pausing or cutscenes/loading might not count towards the final time. There’s also Segmented Runs which allow you to complete a run in segments (usually based around save points) so you can individually optimize each segment.
See my edit, the site took the timer off their official release page and I wasn’t aware of it. I edited in the official repo link.

EDIT: Disregard that link, I guess the site took the link off their resources page. Here’s the official repo where you can find the last official release https://github.com/gered/Llanfair
Not particularly no other than Llanfair. Some people have issues getting it up and running, but it would be worth a shot.
You’re welcome. There are many threads in this forum detailing capture card recommendations based on the type of consoles you’re trying to capture, so I would recommend reading through those if you’re looking for good brands to check out.
OBS is free, yes. A capture card is not, that will need to be purchased.
If you’re playing on a console, before you can start recording, you’ll need a capture card to capture the footage from the console and get it displaying on a computer. When it comes to actually recording, OBS is a pretty standard piece of software to record the video and/or stream it.
In LiveSplit’s eyes, gold is gold no matter what. So, yes, what you’re asking it to do is a limitation of the software and won’t be possible. When you achieve a best segment, the split is always gold no matter what. Regardless of how you have your deltas or columns setup, a fastest segment will always be gold whether you’re ahead or behind. Even in your delta for the full run, it knows you achieved a fastest segment so it made your split gold, despite still being behind.
LiveSplit is working as intended and designed, it sounds like you’re looking for something that it can’t do.
No doubts about this one https://www.speedrun.com/Impossibleinsane/allposts
This is an odd one. https://www.speedrun.com/QueenVanraen/allposts
This user has two posts - one seems like a legitimate one, but the one in the Introduction forums seems suspicious. It has a random video embedded into the letter “o” in “folks”, and it also talks about a Picross run by Spike despite linking to a Tropical Freeze one. Not sure what’s going on here. Also, their website link in their profile links to a spam site it seems.
I can’t link you a runner, I don’t know any off the top of my head. Just ask the mods instead of speculating, it’ll save you a lot of time and headache to just find out straight from the source.
Lots of runners use webcams, but if the mods of a game are telling you that you have an issue in quality, then I would ask them what specifically they would like you to improve. Without knowing exactly what they are finding issue with, there isn't much help to be offered.
I just looked at your runs and honestly, as far as webcam runs go, you don’t have bad quality. You’re not gonna improve it much beyond what you have without buying a capture card. Even something cheap like a gv-usb2 would run you like $40 but that’s the best way to improve the quality.
Isn’t it literally illegal to direct minors to explicit adult content? I’m pretty sure the USA at least has certain laws and regulations that says it is illegal to distribute sexually explicit material to a minor on the internet or to use the internet to deceive a minor into viewing content like that. I’m pretty sure that given the age demographic on this site having a significant part of its users to be minors, submitting a video link like that could be argued as illegal in the USA at least according to those laws and statutes. If you want to get detailed, from the DOJ website
There are also laws to protect children from obscene or harmful material on the Internet. For one, federal law prohibits the use of misleading domain names, words, or digital images on the Internet with intent to deceive a minor into viewing harmful or obscene material (See 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252B, 2252C). It is illegal for an individual to knowingly use interactive computer services to display obscenity in a manner that makes it available to a minor less than 18 years of age (See 47 U.S.C. § 223(d) –Communications Decency Act of 1996, as amended by the PROTECT Act of 2003).
So my stance is that submitting runs on a site like that should definitely be banned on the site. Just for moral reasons if not the legal ones.
