IGT can be done either manually or by using the auto-timer. If there's a difference, allowing both is bad.
In NG+ you should be allowed to create worlds during the run and open worlds created during the run, but not open worlds created before the run.
Since I made my own computer does that count as a hardware mod? Do I need to buy a microsoft-approved computer?
if time starts from creation of the first map, it's NG. NG+ means you did stuff before the run.
NG+ is a pointless category for games where NG+ isn't an intended feature.

imo those maps should just ban cheating entirely. the spirit of the rule is clearly to just get out of being stuck, however enforcing something like that in a speedrun is kind of stupid, and it shouldn't be hard to not get stuck if you know what you're doing.
