I can't even follow the very first steps. I feel like this glitch might be game version dependent or OS dependent. It also certainly doesn't work on consoles. I think banning it is probably the most reasonable option unless you have objections.
I don't see any reason to ban this, but let me see if I can replicate it first.
I don't really understand this glitch well enough to make a ruling on it, can you make a video showing the whole thing? As far as I can tell you did the setup before the run.
I'm not sure more people would run, but I see no reason not to add categories for more chapters. I'm not sure when time should start and stop, since I haven't played the game in a while. Start when you click the first level and stop when it says chapter complete?

If you become an active member of the community and knowledgeable in speedrunning it you might. But if you only want to be moderator and don't actually care about the game, no.
I think speedrun.com should have a function which allows having a ranking based on a number rather than a time, for games where IGT is in seconds instead of M:SS or speedruns which for some reason are measured in an odd unit. This would also allow high scores to be on this site. Personally, I can't really imagine ever using a high scores site for much, so I doubt my say has much importance.

yes we know - the point is that there were no changes to the achievements between 1.0 and 1.6. 1.7 added Adventuring Time, which wasn't possible due to a glitch. 1.12 switched to advancements.

glitches are just allowed by default, but glitchless will also probably be split if anyone does a glitchless run

I don't know what this is
Milliseconds are now removed in any% for times above 7:30
https://www.speedrun.com/tcmc set to rom hack
an hour maximum if you're good: I suck
I think getting the World Peace moon in a kingdom could be a cool category, in some at least. Like in Sand, it'd be demo% + the second boss.
Use every amiibo I think that would be a good requirement
1:30 might be good in the future, but based on the current meta I'd say sub 2
doing it on a ddr pad
