How to do the basketball glitch in act 2 you need fps or hz idk how to do it

I use 17 fps but it also works at 23

You don't need hertz for this but yeah you need to get a good timing at the jumping part

@DmitriyPC how many fps you play and how do you get to throw you up and not forward
