How to apply setting for vice 2.1 for speedrun
Can you explain in detail for the Normal, Hardcore, True Hardcore categories, on the Vice 2.1 patch, because I see so many settings, for example it is allowed (checked) to use the Useful or Technique menus.
Check category rules under Restricted to see whats banned, in Unrestricted you can use whatever isn't greyed out by the Difficulty option selected (for example, ultra bonus try is greyed out in True Hardcore)
basically Restricted and Unrestricted define what settings you pick in the Vice Installer
