I beated it and done 9:22 (just need to be verify). I think that 9:25 is possible but to me it will probably won't go too much higher then that, mainly because of the loading time.

Well... I did a TAS that got 9:39. pretty sure it's the best time possible or 9:40 maybe but because it's a web game you can't be consistent.
