The rules for Any% state that there are no glitches allowed however, in my 1:58 ( i havent put up yet) and the WR of 1:56 there are glitches used. Can you change this?

"Everything but cheats is allowed, including glitches and skips." You are allowed to use glitches in evey category, except any% no major skips

i thought "including glitches and skips" meant that glitches and skips were classified as cheating
