im 99% sure that perfect% in bridges means you have to win by scoring all 25 goals, and your opponent has to not score a single goal. in no party i think you also have to score all of the 25 goals by yourself

To clarify though: Perfect% - The fastest completion of the game while you or your teammates that you have no connection with to obtain 25 points without conceding a point.
