How easy is the any% no save corruption run on this game? I am interested in speedrunning this game on emulator on the Blue version. What is the best consistent method to use when the game it for the first time?

Plus I am used to speedrunning short games at the moment and I was wonder how consistent this category is?

The NSC run is very short so it probably fits right in with what you want. As for consistency, there are some faster strategies that don't always work (they rely on getting certain stats), but there is a way that you can complete every run if you do the PP method. If you just want to complete a run, that's the way you want to do it.

Both of the routes are laid out here: http://wiki.pokemonspeedruns.com/index.php/Pok%C3%A9mon_Red/Blue/Glitched_No_Save_Corruption

I never done Pokemon glitches before. How do I do the Brook skip?

here's a rather slow video showing how to brock skip:

Note that you dont need to walk back towards Pewter before you reset the game, and after you've done it you should continue following the guide that eddaket linked instead of going straight into Route 3 battles.
