How about making a new episode, one which is exactly the same as Rooster Island 1, except the completely random Teleport Castle is replaced with Castle of clocks to allow speedruns to actually be done.

Is that so random? I don't think it's a good idea, PK2 isn't the first game with random level and random where never fixed for that ^^

many levels in ri1 are rng dependant, only deleting teleport castle wouldnt help
