Is there an autosplitter available for this speedrun mod? I cant seem to find one

Sure you have to use SAR plugin for portal 2, you can find it on Resources as "SAR.asl" You have to put it as a scriptable auto splitter in livesplit. go to layout, click add, go to control and select scriptable autosplitter
