Framecount: If you base it on the frame that the mesen number turn red, to the moment the final explosion ends, and add 1 second to get to the fanfare, it's 1:19.000 on the dot. If you wait until the first frame that goes black, it's 1:18.650. I think the latter is more appropriate since we'd never know for console players when they press start while trying to framecount. For what it's worth, the current world record would be retimed with this logic to 1:19.000 on the dot.

I tried considerably after this run to get the 1:18 with the current frame count rules and I just can't. It's too much. I'm exhausted.
