I trimmed off most of the fat, made a few minor mistakes. Biggest single time save was skipping the first (and only skippable) cutscene to save 3 minutes right away. Also adding the instant plate Ghoulston missed in to ghost house skip made it way more consistent. Probably still 5-10 minutes of time save with better fights, menus, and routing,
