10/50/100 medals speedrun?
challenge: do things that will theoretically gets you 10/25/50/100 medals if you're playing on a fresh profile
imagine the amount of strategies for this kind of of speedrun

There is quite a big problem with this idea. You can't really remove medals from your profile, and alting is banned in any way. And I'd honestly like to see medal popping up when user gets it.
