Get 2-3 infinite lives again as needed. 2-1 Toad Mushroom Mushroom House Die in levels that aren't 2-1, and use the mushroom houses until at 99 propellors, ice flowers, and fire flowers. Get 2-3 infinite lives as needed. Grind for star houses by finishing 2-1 with toad and with 9 as the last digit on the clock. Once you get 99 stars, you win!
