The rules say "all runs require video". The submission page doesn't have video as required because full game runs slow enough don't require it. We can't change it to IL runs only.

i know but i am just saying, you could change IL runs to be... lets say over a minute on 1-1 and 1-2 dont require vid proof, but normal catagory video proof rules stay the game.

3. Why can’t you just point your phone at your screen? Leave the camera end hanging over the edge of a table, play with your 3ds underneath that. Not difficult.
