Noitool can be show about part of current run noita's info, but this service isn't edit noita files (No Mod). But this services can assist all random categories, so I wanna hear moderators opinion. We plan on addressing this fully in an upcoming forum post, but using Noitool or any other tool that allows you to look up the seed on a Random Seed will not be allowed. It provides an unfair advantage, as the skill behind a Random Seed is finding solutions on the fly to a brand new situation every time. There will be no restrictions on using any sort of tool to look up information on a Set Seed.
