I want to make more non misc catergorys but i dont know what to make plus i dont think its possible to make another full game run, maybe 36 phase and 46? Lol idk
New999, you don't even run the game, why don't you just shut up lol.
18 and 23 phases are where the game loops, so they're really the only "full-game" categories that make sense to have. Every other point is just arbitrary and should go under misc. I could see it happening already, but this isn't worth having another gigantic pointless argument about, guys.
I'm not here to start fights and i don't care if i don't run this. I'm saying that 18 and 23 are all that's needed and even though there's alot of stuff in misc, the other phases make no sense to be put along with those 2 and you'd just be doing what D_D did before with the leaderboard, so it's best to leave it as is Aqua.
Don't recommend it. Keep it as it is. You're just bloating it.
i personally think the 8 phase thing is kinda silly but if anything phase 10 would have to be dropped because LOOP or i guess full game rules so i dont want to mess with what we have i just wanted an idea for another catergory
Personally, not a fan of that 8 or 9 phase or points categories. Although, the 10 phase category was featured in a Best of NES: Big 20 race, and because of that 10 phase probably has more sense still being there than the others do. Something like... I guess slightly more sensible to add would be beating the first bonus stage (stage 3), kinda like what the galaga leaderboard has (although tbh that leaderboard is pretty disorganized as is).
First half. We both know there's 2 threads about this... so I don't want to bother rehashing points.
I guess slightly more sensible to add would be beating the first bonus stage (stage 3), kinda like what the galaga leaderboard has
Actually both Galaga boards (yes there's 2 for the uninformed) have it as being the first person to achieve a new life (and achieving highscore) which is coincidentally obtainable from the First Challenge Stage. They only added "Challenge Stage 8" (well one half) after being told that there's a loop.
