Preface

By the grace of Master Ninja Deity, the awesome @Mysterion_06_ has finally blessed Ninja Gaiden Sigma with an autosplitter ( with optional key item and golden scarabs splitter ) and a load removal script. All of this is integrated into LiveSplit for you to peruse at your leisure.

This saved and gave NGS many QoL

• No need to worry about random loads point/duration during the run
• Easily see where you actually lose time (no load time inconsistency, cutscene skip bugs like Doku in Chapter 2..etc.)
• Pressing Map button when ryu doesn't have it will pause the timer on the dialogue, so you don't have to suffer when you need to go to the bathroom (please do not abuse this and go eat dinner during your PB attempt)! Item usage/Equipping is still timed though, don't worry.

As a result, the leaderboard has separated into time with loads and time without loads PC runners can submit both LRT and RTA time while Console runners will only submit time with loads only,

Additionally we have Information Component for displaying State/Variables from ASL Script based AutoSplitters. Meaning, you can track your Essence and Golden Scarabs without having to check menu whenever you are unsure about affording certain items / upgrades.

The Information includes:

• Current Boss HP
• Kill count for each wave or room
• Essence count for Ryu and Rachel
• Amount of Golden Scarabs that you are currently holding
• Total Golden Scarabs that are handed over muramusa

Simply Copy the LiveSplit.ASLVarViewer.UI.dll file into Components directory within LiveSplit directory before running LiveSplit. Then add an ASLVarViewer component. Within the Layout Editor, you can choice a label and variable to display.

Check Resources

Please check for the following:

• Downpatch fix for LRT to work. This is a simple downpatch and will not change the run.
• Splits for Key Items. There's a lot of splits there, so we did the legwork of providing blank ones for everyone to use. We did not include scarabs since this will likely vary from each player's decision or routing for the Golden Scarab pick ups

That being said, this board will now accept LRT runs. Rules regarding time submission will be updated.
