Lack of definition for timing standards

So I've quickly noticed that everyone seems to be using different timing standards when it comes to how this game is timed. It really shouldn't matter too much, considering it won't rock the boat for records, but I'll give a quick comparison to the differences that occur.

My any% RealMyst time on here is a 1:28 - from clicking on the book to handing the page to Atrus. The same run was, with loads included, a 1:18 on SDA, since control was considered from movement instead of book entrance. With loads removed, it landed a 1:16.

Should we finalize some sort of standard or does it really not matter?
