The idea behind 100% was just the simple rules of essentially unlocking everything. I get that some people like no skips, but for 100% it might be a bit of a stretch for such a long category even if you could get 5-10 people to do a run of it. I'm thinking maybe just adding it as a variable under the current 100% category.. to where if you do both skips and no skips 100% runs, you skips one would show (assuming it's faster), but you could use the filters to show only no skips runs.
