I tried my best to solve the issue (Lowering the max FPS and quality of stream, lowering the resolution of the game, capping FPS in game at 60), but it's seems like it wants to stay this way. I might have to run this game off-stream because of it. If you have any idea how I coul solve this issue, feel free to contact me, because I'd love to stream this game in good conditions. Obviously very improvable, but not too bad so far. No death, skips went decently well, and some fights were very good. Sadly, the boss fight had not great RNG. Sub 9 is obviously my next goal.
