At around 7:53, among other points, they take a shot with the sniper rifle and cause Glaz to run toward their position from across the map, signaled with the flashing marker. I tried doing that myself but he usually either dies immediately or else gets into the injured state. No idea if it's just completely random or else if there's a specific way to do it like hit him in the shoulder or something.
