It is expected that you will fill out all the boxes, although you don't need to write an essay for additional notes. Once the request is reviewed, a Bedrock moderator will contact you via whatever contact method you listed on the form.
It was, but we don't believe that a Java moderator should be dealing with Bedrock requests.
Online help for students is now very popular. I advise you to be careful when choosing a resource. Choose only trusted sites and you will save yourself from unnecessary problems.
