Am i allowed to relog into the world or use render distance to reset spawns for better rates?

Decreasing your render distance doesn't work on bedrock only on java it only decreases lag

The best thing to do for all discs is to make sure your simulation chunks is as low as it can be. But I feel like reloading the world would be fine, but I think the low simulation chunks is still a better idea.

Yeah I think the best way is having a flat area and having low simulation chunks.

Relogging is not allowed it doesn't help anyway

Your best bet is just to keep resetting sadly
