First sub-24 Manhunter run :) The hospital arcade RNG was horrible, but I willed the run through. Going solely by execution, this was about 40 seconds better than any other run I have done. Could have been a low 23:3x with better luck.

I'm happy but not entirely happy due to the poor RNG, unsure if I will still try to push this lower. (The surface answer is "yes, I want a run with good execution and RNG"; but I won't have much time for runs, and this is a run I'm happy to call a world record, the stupid typo on "Osborne" notwithstanding.)

Finally got a clean museum gold too :)
