All these tricks were found 3 months ago when I last ran the game, but I've improved the cog skip since then.

Get to the side of the door, sometimes its a single jump or a double jump/glide. if you're lucky you hit the checkpoint trigger on the other end of the door not the easiest trick to pull off first try. You can also land on a small area and clip through similar to the next skip, much harder to do that than this. Skips the baby pickup minigame.

just double jump at the corner with a weapon hit to propel you into the wall. the final area is inactive because the trigger hasnt been hit, skips half of the level.

skips 2 cog pickups, again its a checkpoint abuse trick. double jump close to the wall and weapon hit to propel you off the cliff. I first found this after the 3rd pickup farther up the tower, but you needed to activate a glide at just the right time and half the time id miss. this is free if you jump high enough at the tower before you fall off.
