I had like 6 or 7 attempts where it spawned in range without needing a wizard's tower- every time I was still short on cash. Experimented a bit with hiring a Wizard and placing a bounty in hopes he would hit it. He did on one attempt but I rolled so poorly I still came up short. Other attempts seemed to become ruined by hiring the wizard. I think the strat used here is the best one.
