No joke, I got a low 23 second time on my first ever playthrough of this level. Then I improved my time more and more, eventually netting me a sub 20! This time with video proof. The route I use is pretty fast and should consistently give you a sub 30. As long as you get a power-up from either the top brown tree or the torpedo tower, while keeping to the middle to spray all the trees.
