The idea of a Boss Rush RTA (similar to data org) was brought up on the discord a few days back and I feel like it should also be discussed here for anyone who isn't part of the discord. Just curious on people's opinions on weather it should be lvl 99 or lvl 50 (imo difficulty should be crit if it's lvl 99 and maybe something like proud if it is 50) but what does everyone else think?

I think Level 99 should NOT be required. You gain like 2 levels in a normal run through on something like Crit, I can't imagine anyone would want to take the time to grind to Level 99.

The category of "Level 50 Boss Rush RTA" is more appealing.

I'm with that, but many people had expressed concern about it being level 50 crit and how "anti-fun" it would be.

Well the patch aided that, made it a bit more bearable.

Apparently someone says that with an exp route they have it'll only take maybe 4 hours to grind to Level 99.

I was wrong, maybe that would be okay then.

The idea is pretty nice, and both options are appealing to me. Besides, anyone would be able to run it even if they don't have a capture card, since that part of the game is not blocked for PS4 streaming.

OR medo, as a solution to non capture card users would be to use ps4 remote play and record via that, with either obs or whatever preferred program. tested and can confirm that its pretty responsive.

Remote Play can be very unstable as a warning to anyone who is considering using it.

We have a few runners who use it and they have had it crash on them numerous times during runs/streams.

^ This is also true, I personally havn't experienced any issues, but that could vary upon users. cheers.

I see the category is up, for rules I would recommend starting timer same way as Data org.

Hey guys, boss rush rta is now an official run on the leaderboards! From talking to people, it seemed like beginner LVL 99 and crit LVL50 were the two categories that wanted to be added, so we added them. Be sure to check the rules to make sure everything is right. I have actually never even seen a boss rush rta so some of the rules may need a little tweaking. If they do, just post a message here in the forums and I will look into it.

Now go out there and be the first to do a run of it so you can get a free world record >:D

They are back now. While I was making the categories, I had to change a few settings. You probably checked on it while I was in the process of fixing everything. It should all be fixed now though. At least, it is for me.
