Everytime I complete a run and look at the video it shows like 10 frames per minute. The computer I use is a old one but it dosnt have problems recording for other games. The audio is perfectly fine, Its just weird.

i had that problem too, the only solutions i found were to either turn v-sync back on in game or just record my entire screen and crop it to be just the game. dunno any other way around it.

I have V-sync on and I barely tried to learn anything about OBS when I installed it so I dont know how to do it.

A way around this stuttering/frame problem could be to do with the game running in fullscreen modes. Have you tried a borderless fullscreen mode?
Otherwise, in OBS, instead of 'Game Capture' try 'Display Capture'
