Does this apply to individual level runs, as well?
@StarOfDoom
To a non-runner like myself, the logo looks fine, and it wouldn't stop me from looking into the game. It actually looks really cool, though I have no time to try running it.
Compared to the actual logo, it could be cropped and edited to look better, but it really doesn't look bad. It's only text, and it's not very stylized, so the warping doesn't really detract from it--especially in the context of this site.
Also, I noticed something while checking out the game (I literally saw this in the first available video). The mod asked you to add milliseconds to this run on June 20 ( http://www.speedrun.com/run/1zqjd6xm ), and you haven't done it. In addition to the mod's note, there was a forum post made about your run, and you haven't responded. Things get missed.
I saw this thread and thought that you might have created it, but it's actually from the mod on June 21: http://www.speedrun.com/seum/thread/ykol3
According to that, the mod actually seems interested in receiving help from the community to design the layout.
Does anyone know what the Twitch default is for notifications? I feel like a lot of Twitch messages get missed, until I ping them on Twitter, or something. I also don't think that Twitch notifies users of anything within the website. For example, I don't get notified when I get a friend request or a message, and I don't see an option besides via email.
Alright, if we go to RTA, then we have a couple ways to do it. The game officially times from when the music starts, which is actually just before the loading screen disappears. Or, we could do it from selecting "restart"/stage select, but I'm not sure if loading times are consistent.
Whichever we decide on, fuddleduck is willing to re-time the existing runs.

Check out this thread. The same question was asked. http://www.speedrun.com/Speedrunning/thread/9plg0
Off the bat, I would suggest the following: http://www.speedrun.com/swyds (Shower With Your Dad Simulator) http://www.speedrun.com/yhtbtr (You Have to Burn the Rope)
More than just one stage: http://www.speedrun.com/ots (Out There Somewhere) http://www.speedrun.com/mg (Mighty Gunvolt)
Non-PC (but able to be emulated): http://www.speedrun.com/batgun (Batman on Game Boy) http://www.speedrun.com/Gimmick (Mr. Gimmick)
OTS is cheap, good, unique, short, it has a great soundtrack, and it has an amazing speedrunning community. Gunvolt is very straight-forward, and it's a Mega Man-style shooter. Mr. Gimmick looks really fun, and you'll be a legend if you can beat beco, the King.
@Vyseoflegends9002 Wow, the Gaiden music is good. I'm into GB games, so I could give that one a shot, eventually. And I just noticed that you're the Puzzle Challenge wizard. That one is on my list, too ;)
StrongestCirno just submitted this run as a 1:09, but it is clearly longer than that. Should we switch to real-time for all runs?
copied from my comment on youtube:
It looks like something caused the IGT to glitch.
If I had to guess, I would say that completing the level right as you were being arrested is what caused the glitch. The moment of completing the level seems to be a volatile and glitchy moment throughout the game.
I've never done it either, but I'll give it a shot later tonight.

As I said, I have no idea how Discord works. At the moment, it looks like anyone can do anything, even though I created it. I can't upload a picture yet, so anyone who wants to can go for it :D Add anything else you'd like, as well.
@Klashik @Pixelkaye
Yes, and even if you don't check Twitter, Twitter may still check YOU. People often have email notifications set up.
@Trollbear666, it's not you, it's this guy: http://www.speedrun.com/Introductions/thread/79y3v
:D :D
Thanks!
I was a little intimidated, at first. I'm looking for games that don't use glitches and tricks, at least starting out. But, I figured out the ledge jumping trick pretty quick. Since I kind of impulsively picked up the cartridge at a local shop, I guess I owe it to myself to give the other glitches a try :D
At the very least, everything in the video makes sense. Sometimes I watch tutorials and have no idea what's going on. It's fascinating what people are able to find and do within games.
lol nice
Did you just submit it, or something?
"wtf kind of design is this where the basic elements dont work"
It's the kind where it just launched, and things are being fixed :D
Whenever my search bar doesn't cooperate, I have been going to the "Games > All Games" tab and searching there, just as a temporary Plan-B. The search on that page works perfectly, and even better, since the results show up immediately and in a more comprehensive format.
@rezoons, what's the music in your video?
Hello,
I just picked up Lady Sia, and I'm going to play through it to see if I'd like to run it. If anyone has any basic info to share, that would be kindly appreciated :D
I saw that one of the run comments mentioned a sword glitch. Can anyone explain how that works and if there is anything else along those lines that I should know about?
Hey, I just picked this game up at a shop. If you're still interested in running it, then I wouldn't mind coordinating split points.
Cool, thanks for the info.
Do you by chance know if the GBA version is the exact same game and if the glitch still works? I've been looking into games that I can practice on a handheld.
