Adding onto that, ACE only works in games where there are exploits to run bytes from arbitrary memory adresses as code. There also needs to be a way to control the writes to memory and be able to write the right bytes to create an actual instruction to run. SMB1 ACE is incredibly unlikely, since it's such a simple game.
yeah multiple people have done PBLJs afaik
For the first few levels sure, but iirc (haven't played the game in a few years) the laster levels are pretty complex and whole second timesaves could be pretty cool to see.

I tried downloading the SWF but it just links back to CoolMathGames when I open it in desktop flash player. Not sure how to go about embedding it into a website.
You need to record your 3DS with a webcam, since I assume you don't have a capture card if you're asking this question. To convert it into a link you need to upload to youtube or something.
Whatever is most convenient. Phone or webcam are fine. NTR is banned at the moment I think.
I'm not sure when 155 will happen but I think another framerule will be saved reasonably quickly, due to 8-3 fpg still being available, as well as 1-2 if people want to go for it. Don't forget there's also backwards acceleration in 8-4, which I expect people will start to use more.
Setup for the glitch?
