in edit splits you can set the "start time" to anything you want like 8:00:00.00 for 8 hours. it can even be negative if you want it to count down
i assume the timestamp comes from either the date submited or date verified as those have datetime instead of just a date.
but yeah wrs on the sameday will be tricky unless you manually get the precise datetime for when the runs were done. you cant even really assume that the slower run of the two wrs on one day was done first. it could be that someone got a lets say a 21 minute time but hadnt submited it yet and the other one got a 22 thinking its a wr as it is faster than the fastest on the leaderboard.
i vaguely remember this guy spamming the forums, making new accounts after he got banned just to spam more.
well i dont know if i was necessarily "wrong". from your correction it just seems like it is what i said but nowadays you have moderators that can only to edit the theme :P
Only super moderators can now add games, and I think these are only given out to series where it's likely games will be added in the future.
like i said, there arent really series(as you said that they are now "super") moderators because there is often no use for them unless its a new series or big community driven game with minigames that need to be added.
off topic but jesus was it annoying to make that quote block. bring back [quote]
i assume the runner deleted the run.
at least the forums have a bug like that: if you make a new thread and then delete it, everyone will still see that the user made a thread but the thread doesnt exits.
thats just something that will happen if there is only 1 moderator.
but if there is two or more moderators then they should verify each others runs
yeah @Walgrey your link doesnt necessarily have much to do with this.
but i also cant really relate as its so often i have to edit run info that i watch the run on the run page because from there i can easily edit the details.
i do see from your picture how unneeded and counter productive this change is.
the leaderboard moderators can add a custom variable for this.
see how i did for rally trophy https://www.speedrun.com/rally_trophy/leaderboards?h=Finland-Novice-SS3&x=l_z98mv7lw-9d831eq2-ql673dw8.21dgx8g1
i believe theyve stopped allowing people to be a series moderator as there is often no use for them. series mods also have the ability to add games to the site at will and i believe people have abused that power to add unrelated games.
only series mods nowadays are on big community games like roblox and scratch so that the actual site mods dont have to deal with 90million game submissions of the same type
these runners are the "players" so if they say there wont be any then they are essentially saying they wont run it if its not on the main boards :D?
% is to be used only for names indicating a completion percentage like 100%, any%, low%, max%.
using % for anything else sounds too stupid even for meme categories.
