hello.

After 8 years of being banned. I asked SR.C team to unban me and they refused, without reason. Everything that people have said about me has been proven to be false (with evidence) on this channel.

After my video was posted I was shortly later taken to a mental hospital by police from the shelter I was staying at for a psychiatric hold.. My laptop was stolen thanks to the police and you for making a false report, which i assume was from a fake phone number.

I have changed from who i was 8 years ago, for better for worse.. i deserve another chance. I have tried to make amends with Call of Duty Portal 2 speedrun community but they continue to troll and be childish. Therefore, as of today. I am announcing a lawsuit on Speedrun.com staff for their due process of banning people and individually suing call of duty speedrun and portal 2 speedrun communities. Aswell as others. I will be suing anyone from 2015-2020 who has participated in trolling and ruining my life aswell. For mental distress. Financial bankruptcy. Defamation and pursue criminal charges after to the furthest extend of the law in their areas, and I have plenty to hit each one with..

I have been trolled, stalked, etc non stop since 2016. I lost my twitch and Youtube income in 2022 when they false reported me and got me banned. I was doing fine without speedrun.com, however Speedrun.com refused to ban the users who trolled me over the years, contributing to my current situation. I have lots of legal issues, lots of mental issues now that i never had. I have co-owned a business and lost everything as of this writing. I have over 100k in debt and sleeping in a shelter at the moment. I have no one, or nothing and wanted to return to speedrunning just to have something again. But was immediately 'denied' with no due process.

Speedrun.com is used by Guiness world records. therefore, if i was to get world record i wouldn't be featured in the book due to not being on the boards, and that's not fair if the run is legitimate. Billy Mitchell got his records reinstated and even after being banned got his runs verified legally after a case.

This isnt' fair to me what has happened and im done being pushed around. I have not done drugs till a week ago. I realize now what everything has happend to me is unjust, wrong and horrible.

my attorney quote me a price and it will take me some time, i need to get a car.. then a home. I will then raise the funds and start the process. I will pour my life into this as YOU ALL have taken my life from me. I will not stop till all are held accountable. So if you known me from 2016-2020, just know, I have saved everything. Everything. thank you for reading, and I will see you all in court when the time comes. I will also be having a LOT of people to testify my progress and improvement over the years since ban in 2017. Mentors, doctors, police, etc that have dealt with me over the years will be subpoenaed to court.
